We want you to be completely satisfied with your Costa Brazil purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
